About pole fitness:
Women’s magazines will try to convince you that your body is made up of totally separate parts – abs, butt, legs, arms – and you should work on them all individually.
But there’s a better way to move that can make you feel great as well as giving you an all-over workout.
Pole fitness is a unique way to exercise. The combination of body-weight and cardio training develops your muscles and strengthens your bones, and with a balanced diet can support fat-loss goals. Time on the pole makes you feel good, gets you stronger, fitter and more flexible, gives you a new skill and an unusual talking point.
Age, shape and ability won’t stop you from pole dancing. Courage is all you need to start: I’ll teach you the rest.
About the classes:
I teach one on one and in small groups in a private pole fitness studio in Bidford on Avon, Warwickshire. It’s close to Alcester, near Stratford Upon Avon and Evesham and an easy journey from Redditch. The studio overlooks the River Avon, giving you the perfect setting to enjoy your pole dancing classes.
I believe in learning with a sense of fun, so expect some laughs along the way! I teach pole fitness in a way that reflects your personality and supports you in achieving your goals: whether you come to increase your confidence, tone up, get stronger or just to have some time for yourself.
I support my students fully, offering instruction, coaching and hands on assistance when needed to help you feel safe and confident when trying anything new. I’m fully insured and qualified, completing ongoing training with industry experts. I’m a Pole Dance Community three star instructor and Riverside Pole and Fitness is a PDC Approved Dance School, so you can be confident that you will get the highest level of professionalism and teaching quality.
